The punishments, while usually are the same, may be treated differently, depending on the severity of the action. A possible accident may be just a warning, while malicious intent may be instant perm ban or legal action, if applicable. This DOES not mean you can wiggle your way out of a punishment however, staff are highly recommended to stick to the listed punishments below. You are allowed to use in-game features, such as hitboxes, "F3 menu"/Debug menu, and other features, built directly into the base game, as these are uncontrollable by us, and are part of minecraft as a core. You may also use texturepacks, as long as it does not show you blocks through other solid textured blocks, such as a x-ray texture pack would, you may have transparent/translucent blocks be fully invisible if you would prefer, such as glass, but not blocks such as dirt or stone.

Any type of hacking WILL NOT be tolerated, this includes but is not limited to, XRay, Killarua, Inventory Walk, and other advantaged hack, you may, however, use quality of life hacks, but this should be done at your own risk and may be seen as a malicious hack, we encourage you to ask before doing, as we can give you a more stable answer. If it is not listed below, the punishment will be determined by staff. If you would like recommended mods for the server, please check out our Server Mods.

While we have mostly blocked x-ray, it will take an increadible amount of cpu to completly stop it, as such, this is still a punishable offense. This is considered x-ray with, but not limited to, a texturepack, a mod, a hack or a glitch, to allow you to see through solid blocks, finding caves or other structures, or ores, when a regular user would have no way of knowing it is there.

First offense: 24 Hour ban
Second offense: 3 Day ban
Third offense: 7 Day ban
Fourth offense: Perm ban.

As we have a Server Map, it only seems fair to allow you to use minimaps or fullscreen maps. However, you may only use these maps, if it DOES NOT show entitys or players on them. Check our Server Mods for a valid map mod. If your minimap or fullscreen map shows entitys, then you may not use it.

First offense: 24 Hour ban
Second offense: 3 Day ban
Third offense: 7 Day ban
Third offense: 14 Day ban
Fourth offense: Perm ban.

Server lag can make the game unfun for players, and crashing the server, well, removes the point of even having a server. Any attempts to crash or lag the server, being from entitys on pistons, or other ways, will lead to imeadent action and destruction of such device. We take this very serious, and there for, we will take heavy action on any user attempting to lag or crash the server.

First offense: 3 Day ban
Second offense: 7 Day ban
Third offense: Perm ban

We want to keep a friendly enviroment, this means slurs will not be tolerated, even jokenly, as these may be taken seriously by others. Causing drama will also lead you with punishment, as we aim to keep everybody happy, and are against starting fights or other problems. Please do not let conversations esculate out of control, to prevent you and others safe and happy. If you see a problem, please use '/report {playername} {reason}' in the minecraft server, or let a staff member know, punishment will likely be chosen by staff, but will be followed similarly to the following offenses.

First offense: 12 Hour mute
Second offense: 24 Hour mute
Third offense: 3 Day ban
Fourth offense: 5 Day ban
Fith offense: 7 Day ban
Sixth offense: Perm ban

Please do not advertise your minecraft server, discord server, website, signs, books, or other in any chat, unless specifically asked by a user, and dm or /msg the user rather than publically say it, but do not mass dm and only send this infomation if they specifically state they want to see it.

First offense: 3 Day ban
Second offense: 7 Day ban
Third offense: Perm ban

Please do not spam messages, and do not mass dm users, if you private message a lot of users, we will see this as spam or advertising, and you will get punished as so. Only dm someone if they are wanting to be dmed, if they tell you to not dm them, do not continue, if you dm a lot of users in a short amount of time, and they are not having a conversation with you prior to that, you will most likely be hit with a spam/mass dm ban.

Third offense: Perm ban
