The following may be deleted, and unrecoverable, forever. We may not be able to delete the data, for various reasons, and as stated below, we will specify what we did delete, and if we knowingly miss something, we will do our best to declare what we missed and why.
- Logged usernames, nickname logs, skins, messages, commands (as stated in what is not deleted, this does not relate to ban logs or other files, only to our main log system)

- Inventory and balance on the server

- Your current faction, if you are the owner, we will either choose a new owner, you may instead request whether to disband the faction, or, who to transfer the faction to.

First, this does not include everything that we do not delete! This is an example on the kind of data we will most likely keep.
To prevent abuse, we will not remove the following data.
- Paid stats, such as ranks.

- Ban/Kick/Other reasons/appeals/reports, this is made by a staff member who found a probably reason to move with a ban, kick or other action against you. We keep these to look back upon a previous action, if in the future, it turns out to be a false ban, we can check back the evidence and follow up with the correct action. We must keep this data to confirm your bans are valid, even if you do not wish to come back.

- Bans, Mutes, Other actions, We will not revert bans, mutes or other actions, as these are kept to prevent avoiding such actions taken against you.

- Any data that we are out of control or unaware exists, such as discord or firebase data, you must go to the respective program to get such data removed.

- Crash logs, other user's messages (for example, if a user, says your name)

- Any conversation or other data, that was not created from you, about you, such as staff discussing your ban in the discord server or in minecraft.

- Possibly data outside our logging system, such as essentials plugin.

If you would like your user data removed, this is talked about in the messages above, stating what is and is not deleted, email support@starlessfox.com Copy with a subject of "minecraft data removal request" (without the quotes), and if possible, fill the body text with the reason behind why you would like your data removed, you must add your minecraft in-game username however, then, before emailing, join our server, and send the following message "/delete-this-account" (without quotes, it is a command, so we can check the logs to verify this is you, this will not auto-fill as it is not a real command). After verifying this is you, and we get a chance, we will remove your user data, check above for what is and is not deleted.

If you are not able to be verified, we may respond with the reason that we could not verify you, or we may respond with why we did not go through with your data removal. If we do verify you, we will respond to your email with the confirmation, or with what we did remove, if for whatever reason, we did not remove everything. From this point on, you will be banned from the server, until you send a email, requesting to reverse your removal, along with your username, you must use the same email you requested your data to be removed from. We will respond with further infomation after that email.

In some cases your data may not deleted as you intended, or more than intended will get deleted, examples are an error may stop us from deleting a specific set of data, or stored data (like a ban reason) may get removed in very rare cases, while these situations are unlikely to ever occur, it still should be noted

Your UUID will be stored in staff reports and will be searched through when restoring your account data, this is to keep ranks, active bans and other data that may be recovered, even after deletion. We do not fully delete user data, as this can be used to avoid bans, along with requiring this data at a future date to keep punishments fair between all players, with some other reasons not listed here. We strive to keep your data personal, while we may go over the data with staff, an example is to check if the reasoning on a ban is valid, your data, idealy, should not go into any public record, some cases may be permitted (for example, a user asking in a public area, like the discord server, why they where banned), however if there was an unreasonable reason to publicize the message, please report to DokiDerg or another high-ranked staff member imeadently, the action succeding this will be determined off severity, reasoning on why it happened, validity, and the context,
