First, if you are under 18, you must get a parent to create a Family Account on the Microsoft website, then to add you as their child, from there, they can give you permission to add Xbox friends. You must get parent consent to play on this minecraft server if you are under 18 years old

If minecraft is not linked to an xbox account, in minecraft, go to "Settings", then "Account", then finally "Sign In" and choose your prefered Xbox account

The next step is to friend the starless fox xbox account, you may either go to StarlessFox7882 xbox profile, and friend that user, or go to your xbox profile and search for StarlessFox7882 in the friends box

Xbox users may also friend StarlessFox7882 from the Xbox menu instead

While this is usually instant, sometimes a delay can occur, please give a few minutes to get a friend request back, with an additional few minutes to show up in minecraft

Finally, you can switch to minecraft, go to the friends tab, and join "Starless Fox" (it may take up to a minute to appear)

If you are not friended by the starless fox account, within 10 minutes, please email support@starlessfox.com Copy as we may have to friend you manually.

If you are friended, but do not see the session in minecraft, try to wait for a minute or two for the friend list to update.

If you still do not see the session, make sure you are signed into the correct account, go to settings, then account, and check the gamertag.

If it is the same account you friended starless fox on, please email support@starlessfox.com Copy

If you are getting "timed out" or randomly get disconnected for the same reason, please check your wifi. A java server requires more bandwidth than a bedrock server, so it may be too much for your wifi, also ensure you are not on data, as this usually will cause timeouts
